We use this information only to operate the Swiftlyr SMS program. That includes sending and receiving messages about hauling orders, dispatch assignments, schedule changes, and job updates, and processing messages you send to the Swiftlyr AI dispatch assistant.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or contact support@swiftlyr.com. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, and reply START to re-subscribe.
Notwithstanding anything else in this Privacy Policy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and message delivery, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
